Parking
The hotel is located outside the restricted traffic zone, which means that there are a number of parking options available to you and Taxis can bring you up to the hotel’s door.

Airport transfers
We are able to arrange transfers to and from the airport to the hotel.
You will be met by a driver. If you require a translator or a member of the hotel staff to meet you please advise us.
Translation Services
We will be happy to provide an interpreter for business meetings or tours. Rates start from $30 per hour. English/German/Italian/French/ Russian . Other languages are also available.
We can offer a telephone support service for when you are out and about and require assistance or translation in a difficult situation.
Internet
Internet connection from your room is complementary. We have both a hard wire and a wireless system which are compatable with most PC and Macs.
Mobile phones
We can arrange for a local mobile phone or a pay as you go sim card that will slip into your phone.
Guided Tours & Protege Service
Allow one of our staff to arrange a tour of the city for you.
